IOP Specialists Sdn Bhd is a high-technological company specializing in the production of premium synthetic iron oxide pigments, engineered to meet regional industrial demands. With a strong focus on quality and innovation, we manufacture high purity Hi-Bi grade pigments using advanced ceramic heat treatment.
Our Hi-Bi pigments are thoroughly tested in both laboratory and industrial environments, ensuring reliable performance across a wide range of applications. These include paints and coatings, ceramics, plastics, constructions materials such as paver bricks and tiles, porcelain enamels, glazes, glass, and printing toners.
Selected grades such as the Hi-Bi R300, R300m, BL318, and BL3Zm are specifically engineered for high temperature applications, making them ideal for use in porcelain wares and glazed tiles. Other Hi-Bi grades are designed for ambient temperature processing and feature excellent resistance to weathering and minimal colour changes over time.
Additionally, the Hi-Bi BL318 serves as our signature black pigment that functions as a superfine magnetite powder, suitable for electronic and magnetic industry applications.
